Remarkable Jobs have partnered with a leading RC framework construction company, to support the recruitment of a ‘Project Manager’.

This ‘Project Manager’ position will be responsible for leading a project team to ensure the project and clients objects are met. The ‘Project Manager’ will also support in serving all customers’ design and construction requirements, whilst also ensuring on time delivery of projects and to budget and meet the agreed quality standards.

‘Project Manager’ Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Head of Construction, Commercial, Site and Head Office teams.
• Ensure that the administration, commercial management and payment processes for subcontractors are completed.
• Implement project procurement requirements, strategies and order placement.
• Ensure all financial reporting is completed to company standards.
• Prepare budgets and site objectives with the site management team.
• Manage the personal development of the onsite team.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed for this ‘Project Manager’ position:

• HNC or equivalent qualification in construction or a related subject.
• Membership of CIOB, RICS or similar.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager.
• Possess Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts.
• CSCS card holder.
• Possess a PMP, APM or equivalent certification.
