Remarkable Jobs is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join an established company that is currently experiencing significant growth. This role is pivotal in overseeing the lighting and equipment departments, ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities for the ‘Warehouse Supervisor’:

• Maintain and oversee the equipment in the warehouse.
• Provide supervision for trainee technicians and apprentices, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage the rental stock and maintain inventory for all equipment.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments as needed.
• Assist in stock checks, pre-audit preparation, and handle ad-hoc requirements.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required for the ‘Warehouse Supervisor’ role:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse management role.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in lighting equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
• Previous experience in a management/supervision capacity is essential.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the warehouse.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in the audio industry is preferred.
