Location: Romford, East London
Salary: £DOE + Excellent Benefits
Full-time/Permanent – rotating shift patterns 6am-4pm and 11am-8pm
Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be recruiting for a ‘Lighting Technician’ for an established business who are undertaking significant growth.
My client is seeking an experienced ‘Lighting Technician’ to be responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and testing of lighting equipment.
Key Responsibilities for the ‘Lighting Technician’ role:

• Maintenance of equipment.
• PAT of all portable electrical equipment.
• Supervision of trainee technicians and apprentices to ensure health and safety is adhered too.
• Rigging of lighting equipment.
• Ensure all shortages are passed to equipment coordinators.  
• Reporting damages of equipment to supervisors.
• Ensure all equipment is prepared and tested in line with company procedures.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills needed for the ‘Lighting Technician’ role:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar position.
• Ability to learn in house asset management systems.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Previous experience working within the audio industry.
