Sales Valuer Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Valuer, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our property register, securing instructions, and maximizing branch profit. Your ability to foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service will be crucial to your success in this role.

Duties include:

  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
  • Conducting property valuations
  • Advertising properties, arranging viewings, and registering applicants
  • Providing outstanding customer service over various channels
  • Meeting personal and branch sales targets
  • Establishing and nurturing alliances within the local community
  • Facilitating communication between clients and vendors
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Ensuring accurate property details and data entry
  • Managing property sales from viewing to closure
  • Supporting branch management with various tasks

Skills required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential sales, with a proven track record in securing new business
  • FUll Driving license
  • Listing and/or valuation experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and effective communication
  • Negotiation skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Adaptability to change
