Location: Earley, Reading
Salary Range: £25,000 – £30,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
Permanent/Full time
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm (1 hour lunch)

Our esteemed client, a leading Estate Agency in Reading, is seeking a driven individual to assume the pivotal role of Property Manager.
As a part of our cohesive team, you’ll cultivate strong rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors alike. Stellar communication skills are a must, as you’ll oversee all facets of property management within your assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and nurture enduring relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Facilitate the reception and allocation of maintenance tasks, alongside invoice management.
- Coordinate communication channels via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Arrange property inspections, end-of-tenancy checkouts, and deposit reimbursements.
- Oversee tenancy move-ins and inventory procedures.
- Provide swift resolution for any complaints or concerns raised.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant health and safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance teams and third-party contractors for both responsive and planned maintenance.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in Property Management or within the Estate Agency sector.
- Driving License and access to a car (Essential)
- 1 years Property Management experience
- ARLA qulaified would be great, alhtough not essential
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
