Location: RG10 (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Salary: Depending on experience + commission on billings (8%-30%) + Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus

Hours: Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with flexible working hours available

Recruitment Consultant Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in our growth by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. This is a hands-on position in a supportive and flexible environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our business.

Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement.
• Crafting engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality talent.
• Advising clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to the location).

Desirable:

• Experience recruiting for niche industries or technical positions.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms and tools.
