‘Estate Agent’ Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between sellers and buyers, facilitating property transactions in the Woodley area.
- Conduct property viewings, providing insightful information and guidance to potential buyers.
- Utilize your knowledge of the local market to accurately value properties and negotiate sales.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better advise clients and maximize sales opportunities.
‘Estate Agent’ Key Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a determination to exceed targets.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
