Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected independent estate agency for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful North London team.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful tenancy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Matching applicants with suitable properties.
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting portfolio growth.
• Progressing tenancies through to completion.
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings journey.
• Working towards individual and team targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the North London property market would be advantageous.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
