Role Overview: As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be instrumental in supporting the success of the branch or region. Your role will involve expanding market share, maximizing revenues, and building strong client relationships. This position is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Leadership: Assist in creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
  • Revenue Growth: Support efforts to maximize revenues and grow the property register.
  • Client Relationships: Develop exceptional working relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and glowing recommendations.
  • Branch or Regional Profitability: Contribute to branch or regional profit and help achieve all financial targets.
  • Team Support: Participate in regular 1:1 reviews, employee evaluations, and dynamic morning meetings to support team performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in action planning and execution of strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Lettings Experience: 1-2 years of experience in estate agency property management or lettings.
  • Achievement-Oriented: Target-driven and tenacious with a strong desire to succeed.
