Remarkable Jobs is assisting a well-established client in finding an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee fit-out projects across London and the South East. This role is all about on-site management with occasional visits to our Farnham office.ย
What You’ll Be Doing:ย
๐ Handover & Planning:ย
- Receive project handovers from the Sales team.ย
- Conduct final measurements, risk assessments, and liaise with clients on installation programs.ย
๐ Documentation & Coordination:ย
- Submit design documents, technical submittals, and scopes of work.ย
- Prepare contract documents like risk assessments and method statements.ย
๐ ๏ธ Production & Installation:ย
- Ensure all products are in production/on order.ย
- Appoint subcontract installers and arrange fitting times.ย
๐ง On-Site Management:ย
- Brief installers on methods, risks, and environmental issues.ย
- Visit major sites at the start to ensure all details are covered.ย
๐ Reporting & Financials:ย
- Provide weekly reports on large projects, including profitability and cash flow.ย
- Assist with work-in-progress reporting and ensure timely payment applications.ย
๐ Client & Project Close-Out:ย
- Address any variations and promptly close out snags.ย
- Complete final handovers and provide detailed reports per project.ย
