🏛️ Historic Preservation: Help preserve and conserve historic buildings.
📋 Regulatory Compliance: Navigate planning applications, building regulations, and property legislation.
♿ Accessibility: Design buildings to be accessible for everyone.
🔍 Health & Safety: Ensure all aspects of building health and safety are covered.
🏠 Dispute Resolution: Handle boundary disputes and party wall procedures with ease.
🛠️ Insurance Assessments: Prepare detailed insurance assessments and manage claims.
What You Bring:
🎓 Education: Degree in building surveying, with RICS chartered status or on your way to getting it.
🛠️ Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
💻 IT Proficiency: Good IT skills, including CAD.
🗣️ Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
🔍 Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.
🚗 Driving Licence: Essential for design roles.
