Salary: Up to £65k + £8k car allowance + 8% bonus + excellent benefits

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead and manage Site Engineers, Gangers, General Operatives, Plant Operatives, and Sub Contractors.
🔹 Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
🔹 Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
🔹 Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
🔹 Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
🔹 Identify and mitigate project risks.
🔹 Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
What You Bring:
🔸 Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering.
🔸 Full UK Driving License.
🔸 Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
🔸 Excellent project management skills.
🔸 Proficiency in relevant project management software.
🔸 Strong communication and leadership abilities.
🔸 Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications.
