Remarkable Jobs is thrilled to assist a leading organisation in the Production industry (Film & Television) in their search for not one, but two exciting roles! We are looking for both an Account Manager and a Junior Account Manager to join their growing Sales team. 

Account Manager 

As the Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the company’s clients. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts from the initial phone call through to final approval of invoices. You’ll also work closely with the wider sales team in procuring new business and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and crew members. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts from the initial call to invoice approval. 
  • Production Oversight: Handle productions from start to finish, ensuring all logistical and equipment needs are met. 
  • Quotation & Billing: Accurately enter equipment lists, create quotations, and manage billing schedules. 
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with clients and crew members. 

Key Skills: 

  • Industry Experience: Preferably in Film, Television, and Commercial Rigging equipment rental and sales. 
  • Professionalism: Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic industry. 
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and business acumen. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. 
  • Motivated: Enthusiastic and highly motivated, willing to go above and beyond. 

Junior Account Manager 

As a Junior Account Manager, you will assist in managing customer accounts, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the dynamic world of film and television production. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts and responding to inquiries. 
  • Production Assistance: Support the production process, ensuring equipment and logistical needs are met. 
  • Data Management: Enter and manage data related to client equipment lists and quotations. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support ongoing projects. 

Key Skills:
