About the Role: As a Sales Valuer, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the property register, securing instructions, and maximising branch profit. Your ability to foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and capitalise on business opportunities 
• Conduct property valuations 
• Advertise properties, arrange viewings, and register applicants 
• Provide outstanding customer service across various channels 
• Meet personal and branch sales targets 
• Establish and nurture alliances within the local community 
• Facilitate communication between clients and vendors 
• Build strong internal and external relationships 
• Ensure accurate property details and data entry 
• Manage property sales from viewing to closure 
• Support branch management with various tasks 

Skills Required: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential sales with a proven track record in securing new business 
• Full driving license 
• Listing and/or valuation experience 
• Excellent sales ability 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Positive attitude and effective communication 
• Negotiation skills and self-motivation 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships 
• Adaptability to change
