Your role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. Your responsibilities include:

🤝 Building Relationships: Forge strong connections with clients and candidates.
🔍 Talent Identification: Scout top talent across various channels.
🎙️ Interviews and Assessment: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
🌟 Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer support throughout the recruitment process.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

📞 Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year.
✍️ Excellent Communication: Strong written and spoken English.

Location: Hybrid (1-day WFH, 4 days office) in Twyford, Berkshire.
Salary: Dependent on relevant experience, plus quarterly commission and annual bonus.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (flexible hours after training).
