Role Overview:
In this specialised role, the Technical Training Program Manager will be the essential link between our clients’ technical training requirements and our pool of industry experts. You will assess customer needs, coordinate with experts to develop precise course content, and synthesise all components into a unified, effective training programme-ensuring technical accuracy and industry relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Needs Assessment: Engage directly with customers to identify and analyse their technical training requirements in the building services sector.
Expert Collaboration: Identify, recruit, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop targeted, high-quality training materials.
Programme Integration: Synthesize insights from customer interactions and expert contributions to create a cohesive training programme that meets market demands.
Content Feedback: Provide detailed feedback on course content to ensure alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales, marketing, and industry bodies to ensure training programmes remain relevant and compliant with current regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness through customer feedback and performance metrics, suggesting improvements to maintain industry leadership.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise: Experience in the building services, construction, or engineering sectors with a strong grasp of technical training requirements.
Construction Training Experience: Must have previous relevant experience in construction training.
Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and translate customer insights into actionable training strategies.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and industry experts.
Project Coordination: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current industry trends, regulatory standards, and technical best practices in training.
