Lettings Negotiator Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive outstanding service. You will manage the lettings process from initial inquiries to tenancy agreements while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Manage tenancy renewals and address any property-related queries.
• Market available properties effectively to attract prospective tenants.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the local property market.
• Experience using property management software.
