Position: Lettings Negotiator

• Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic | OTE £40,000
• Location: Worcester, WR1 (Office-based)
• Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of rental properties and handling tenancy agreements
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating terms between landlords and tenants
• Building strong relationships with clients to drive new business opportunities
• Handling queries, arranging appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
• Full UK driving license preferred
