Location: Thatcham, RG19 4PP
Salary: £31,000 – £39,000 (OTE £60,000)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
Work Location: Office-based with travel to local properties (driving licence required)

We are seeking a Lettings Manager to join their team in Thatcham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience looking to step into a rewarding leadership role within a driven, energetic business.
Lettings Manager Role:
As a Lettings Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the lettings process. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, growing new business, and leading a small team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Lettings Manager Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions

Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department

Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies

Train and support junior team members

Maximise business opportunities and drive performance
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:

Proven experience in estate agency (lettings side)

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Strong local knowledge of Thatcham and surrounding areas
Desirable:

Previous experience in a management or senior lettings role

ARLA qualification (or working towards it)
