This ‘Senior Sales Negotiator’ will be working alongside a Sales Director to push and drive sales!

‘Senior Sales Negotiator’ Main Responsibilities:

Generate market appraisals and develop new business enquires.

Convert those appraisals into sales.

Arrange and attend property viewings.

Negotiate and close offers.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers.

‘Senior Sales Negotiator’ Key Skills and Experience:

Strong previous sales experience within an estate agency.

Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s.

Highly organised with strong communication skills.

Ability to multitask and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Possess excellent customer service skills.
