Sales Manager Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the sales team, drive business development, and ensure operational excellence.

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Conducting property valuations and advising clients on market conditions.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
