We are seeking a Sales Manager to join their thriving estate agency team in Thame. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional looking to step into a rewarding and fast-paced role.

Sales Manager Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and leading a small team of negotiators. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in estate agency who enjoys achieving targets, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales department

• Manage, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets

• Conduct valuations and bring new instructions to market

• Negotiate offers and progress sales to completion

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an estate agency

• Full UK driving licence

• Proven track record in property sales and team leadership

Desirable:

• Local area knowledge of Thame and surrounding areas

• ARLA/NAEA qualification
