Remarkable Jobs is recruiting for a Returns Coordinator on behalf of a well-established company in the film equipment hire industry.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week (start time at either 6am or 7am), with potential to work 1 in 4 Saturdays

Role Overview:

As a Returns Coordinator, you will manage the return process for hire equipment from clients, ensuring all items are accurately counted, tested, and returned to inventory. You will also assist with organizing stock for future projects and maintaining inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Count, test, and log hire equipment returned from clients.
• Organize and return items to the shelves, preparing them for future projects.
• Manage the entire return process to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to handle high-value technical equipment.
• Act as a supervisor in the absence of the Returns Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in returns or warehouse roles, particularly with hire equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to test and assess technical equipment.
• Flexibility with early start times and occasional Saturday work.

Holiday:

• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
• Bank holidays are usually required to work but are compensated with alternative days off.
