Regional Sales Director Role:
As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of sales professionals, focusing on delivering outstanding results and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will oversee regional operations, develop strategies to enhance performance, and build long-term client relationships.
Regional Sales Director Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Essential:
Experience as a Sales Director/ Manager or similar leadership role within an Estate Agency.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the industry or sector in which the company operates.
- Experience working within a regional sales structure.
