Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a London-based Chartered Building Surveyors, providing a comprehensive range of built environment services to meet the evolving needs of the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. They are now looking to recruit a ‘Quantity Surveyor’ to join their team on a part time basis.

The ideal candidate for this ‘Quantity Surveyor’ position will be either chartered or with proven suitable experience required for this role and will be instrumental in driving the growth of the company and helping to propel the business forward.

‘Quantity Surveyor’ Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare contract documentation for tendering.
• Contract administration.
• Pricing dilapidations schedules.
• Pricing expert witness reports.
• Project management.
• Prepare Party Wall notices.
• Prepare fee bids.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other construction professionals.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed for this ‘Quantity Surveyor’ role:

• HNC, HND or Degree educated in Quantity Surveying.
• MCIOB or MRICS qualification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent team player who enjoys being part of a small team.
