About the Role:

As the PA to Directors, you’ll act as the right hand to our executive team, assisting with:

• Managing schedules, appointments, and confidential communications.
• Coordinating and preparing for meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action points.
• Handling event organisation, booking venues, and managing travel arrangements for directors and staff.
• Collaborating with teams across HR, Marketing, and Relationship Management to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives by promoting environmentally friendly practices across the business.
