About You:
You’re an IT guru with at least 3 years’ experience in support services, especially in networking and server management. Your knack for juggling multiple tasks shines as you ensure top-notch delivery from 3rd party partners while supporting our IT systems and projects.
What the IT Manager will Do:
– Provide end-to-end IT support across all tiers.
– Manage servers, VMs, and hardware/software.
– Keep our systems secure and efficient.
– Monitor infrastructure performance and report results.
– Handle IT asset management and procurement.
– Assist in disaster recovery planning.
IT Manager skills:
– Hybrid Active Directory wizard
– Microsoft Intune expert
– Sophos suite aficionado
– SharePoint pro
– VEEAM backup guru
– VOIP phone systems whiz
– On-Premises server and switch master
– GDPR savvy
– Firewall and VPN guru (Watchguard tech a plus)
