‘Global Insights Manager’ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Market Intelligence team globally, driving quality research to expand market intelligence portfolio and increase profitability
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve commercial and financial targets, aligning with overall strategic goals
- Manage budgetary responsibilities (P&L) for Market Intelligence, including international operations
- Streamline internal processes to optimise team performance and collaboration
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies and uphold industry standards for research excellence
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences worldwide, with occasional international travel
‘Global Insights Manager’ Key Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Proficiency in financial analysis and communication
- Extensive knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
- Proficiency in PC Software and applications
- Understanding of the construction and HVAC industry preferred
