Remarkable Jobs are seeking a highly organised and proactive Returns Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the returns department, ensuring the smooth handling of high-value technical lighting equipment. You will coordinate sub-hires, oversee equipment returns, and manage intercompany transfers, working closely with various teams across the company
‘Equipment Returns Coordinator’ Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the sub-hire process, ensuring timely receipt, dispatch, and return of technical film lighting equipment.
- Work with internal teams to address any issues related to equipment returns and discrepancies.
- Assist in the unloading, scanning, and processing of returned equipment.
- Manage intercompany transfers, ensuring proper receipt and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve equipment discrepancies and late returns.
‘Equipment Returns Coordinator’ Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of technical film lighting equipment and accessory variations.
- Proficiency in RT Pro inventory tracking system, especially sub-hire modules.
- Advanced Excel skills and IT literacy, with experience in Microsoft systems and SQL databases.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
Additional Considerations:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking on project briefs and adapting to high-demand situations.
- Knowledge of the UK lighting industry and sub-hire equipment suppliers is essential.
