Remarkable Jobs, recruiting on behalf of a leading film and lighting hire company, is seeking a full-time, permanent Equipment / Logistics Control Manager to join their team in Brimsdown, Enfield. This onsite role requires a 6am start time and involves managing the daily operations of equipment logistics, including vehicle dispatch, job returns, and equipment checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing vehicle departures and equipment returns
• Planning daily operations, counting, testing, and checking returned equipment
• Reporting missing, damaged equipment, and cons usage
• Managing and training the logistics and equipment control team
• Ensuring dispatch accuracy and health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• Experience managing people in an operations/logistics department
• Strong IT skills
• Experience in the film or production industry
• Knowledge of AV or lighting equipment is advantageous
• Valid driving licence
• Flexibility for a weekend rota (1 in 4)

Hours:

• Core hours: 6am – 2pm/3pm (flexibility with lunch breaks)
• Occasional weekends on a rota basis
