We are seeking a proactive and organised Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Account Manager Role:
As an Account Manager, you will support the Head of Customer Success in delivering a high-quality service to clients. You will manage day-to-day queries, coordinate account activity, and ensure smooth service delivery across your portfolio.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses in line with SLAs
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Support administrative processes including surveys, reviews, and site meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems
- Assist with after-sales support to drive client retention and satisfaction
- Provide updates on account activity, performance, and upcoming tasks
- Escalate issues where required and support resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide cover for other Account Managers when required
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or an administrative support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Exposure to client-facing or service delivery environments
