Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity?

Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in commercial management and project administration. Your responsibilities will include optimizing profitability, ensuring timely project completion, and managing pre-contract works.

What You’ll Do:
🏗️ Ensure projects are completed on time and maintain high quality.
📊 Implement project requirements and strategic goals.
💰 Prepare budgets and site objectives alongside the management team.
💡 Monitor costs and implement effective control measures.
📈 Handle financial reporting, including cash forecasting.
📝 Understand contract documents and manage subcontractors.

Qualifications:
🎓 HNC, HND, or degree in Quantity Surveying.
🏅 MCIOB or MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience).
📚 Knowledge of JCT, NEC, and ECC contracts.
🏢 Onsite experience with construction projects exceeding £1 million.
🤝 Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
