We are seeking an Equipment & Logistics Coordinator to join their busy team in Dagenham. This is a hands-on role that involves managing equipment orders from start to finish, ensuring efficient processing, accurate tracking, and smooth coordination across departments.

Equipment & Logistics Coordinator Role:

As an Equipment & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in the lifecycle of equipment, from order receipt through to dispatch and return. You’ll liaise with internal teams, oversee order progress, and ensure that everything is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Equipment & Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage equipment orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and efficiency

• Track equipment through its full lifecycle, including dispatch and returns

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Support logistics and scheduling for deliveries and collections

• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Experience in order processing, logistics, or operations coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach

Desirable:

• Previous experience in equipment hire, logistics, or fulfilment industries
• Knowledge of inventory/order management systems
